6-week small group training session. Appropriate for women at least 6 weeks post partum or those futher out from giving birth and want help restoring core stability. Sessions will include tips and techniques for properly activating your core and returning to exercise following pregnancy and birth. Expect to learn about the pelvic floor, diastasis recti, and body mechanics. 1 - hour weekly sessions will include breathing, core stability, foundations to strength training, and mobility. Zoom link will be available if you are unable to attend live sessions or for viewing in the future. Wednesday at 9am March 25th, April 1st, April 8th, April 15th, April 22nd, and April 29th.
