Feeling like you have the symptoms of UTI, but don’t have one? Have pelvic pain or burning? Pelvic discomfort with sitting? Experiencing urinary frequency and urgency? Difficulty eliminating your bowels or urinating?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then here are some stretches and breathing that may be helpful for your symptoms. This video is NOT meant to replace other types of treatment for pelvic floor dysfunction. Instead, use these tools to help calm down your symptoms while receiving treatment from other providers like a pelvic floor physical therapist, OBGYN, urogynecologist, or urologist.

The gentle stretches and breathing exercises can help to relax tight muscles around the pelvis and to teach your nervous system to decrease its response to your pain symptoms. Follow along at your own pace. Listen to your body about how deeply to stretch these areas. Reach out if you have any questions or need support.
